We ship a variety of all sizes in our orders, but do our best not to ship any one person only smaller sizes. We select in a manner that we would want if we were ordering. Photos are representative and your item can differ in color, size and other variables. We offer live arrival guarantee on all shipments in accordance with our \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/reefbysteele.com\/pages\/shipping-info\" title=\"Shipping Policy\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eshipping policy\u003c\/a\u003e that can be found here. While we make every effort to ship product as quickly as possible, we do not guarantee same day shipping. We ship inverts generally on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as we harvest pods and Phyto fresh on Mondays and then evaluate the remaining time to determine whether to harvest any CUC. WE DO NOT SHIP THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY AS THE PRODUCT DOESN’T MOVE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. We harvest CUC on the day it is shipped to avoid any additional stress to the animal, and we focus on orders in the order they are received. Being a small family owned business, orders received during the shipping week may not be filled depending on the volume of previous orders. Again we make every effort to ship as quickly as possible.
