Mexican Red Leg Hermit

Mexican Red Leg Hermit Crabs are very active and well known for controlling various types of algae including hair algae and are considered to be reef safe.  Blue Legs in the wild feed upon many types of algae and do a wonderful job within a reef tank consuming algae as well as leftovers.
